I am having trouble populating the fields of the existing column in service-now (service-offerings table).
It shows up errors in import set while importing the file which has updated values for one of the fields.
A snapshot of the error is been attached.
Any help will be appreciated.

The first 4 entries, the name appears to be the same? Seems like there should only be 1 entry per name.

The name columns are not same:
Name Bastion
Comp X Sandbox bas-nv
Comp X Prod bas-ire
I am trying to update the bastion column.
I go to imports --> click on update --> I uncheck this field (Include all fields in the template?) --> download the excel template --> Update all the fields of bastion column --> Later, import the same updated file (this way sys id remains same as well)
Thanks,
Vaibhav

Yeah. It can have same bastion name even for different rows in name column.
There are more than 100 name (customers) and the bastion name column may have just 2-3 values.

Use the mapping assistance under the table transform map and save.
Make one column field to colasces and transform the data.
