How to populate alert impacted services??

Hi All,

Need some guiding here.

I have an alert which has its configuration item populated with a CI item. Open in dependency view, i can see that CI and its parent(calculated applicate service CI). But when looking at Impacted Services, nothing is populated.

I would expected at least some info should be populated in impacted services. Are there any missing configurations i need to add in order to fix the issue?

Really appreciate for any comments/advices.

Still blocked by this issue, any help will be greatly appreciated.

The issue was found in Tokyo release.
