Yes, I am using flow designer to create an incident. My plan is to use flow designer to populate the alert assignment group with whoever supports the technical service the CI is part of - or the application service if the CI is binding to the application. The concern comes in when the CI is part of more than one technical or application service or if it is not part of any service. I am beginning to wonder if this is the right way to populate assignment group.
