We are using the OOB Identification rules in Servicenow instance, and have below queries.
1. How to select the attributes while defining the Reconciliation rule? it should be all? if not, how to check which are the attributes we need to keep for each discovery source (Servicenow Discovery,SCCM and JAMF )?
2.I observed, when SCCM ran, few of the company records are created in Servicenow. How to stop the company record creation in servicenow?
