Did I miss a communication that https://install.service-now.com was changing IPs? I know that DNS should be able to re-route, but we use explicit IPs in our Firewall for our MID Server outbound traffic.
Used to be 70.87.98.130
Now 199.91.136.55
If I did, shame on me. Will someone show me the communication?
If I didn't, Is there a place in the wiki I should look often so I can proctively react and submit change request?
I guess I can put a ping monitor on the IP as well or email notification on the MID Server log, but that is reactive.
Kind regards,
Bill

Bill,
As dynamic as the cloud is I would not expect that our operations team would ever announce IP changes.

I remember we had to change our IPs around the time of our Aspen -> Berlin upgrade when the data centers were migrated from Gen 1 to Gen 2. The new IP address is in the Service-now block of: 199.91.136.0/21.
We got information on this IP block when Service-now initiated a VPN migration from one IP to another.

I've just raised this query on ServiceNow Hi, and been advised to use the two IP addresses -
199.91.136.98
199.91.140.98
and specifically not to use the range detailed above.
