I have no or very little data in my Discovery Admin Workspace

Hello ITOM Community,

 

I have been working around CMDB and Discoveries but I am only discover the Workspaces.

Both CMDB admin and Discovery Admin workspaces look great and I find it exciting to see all what I need under one single tool.

That said, the filters that are configured in the Discovery Admin Workspace do not align to what I need to see. For example, I am missing some of our schedules in there because I cannot overwrite (or rather do not know how) the current filters. For example, in the Schedules, those that are serverless do not show up. And the numbers do not always match my reality.

Plus, in most tabs and other areas of this Workspace, I have no data at all.

 

I am guessing that I most likely need to configure the workspace to see what I am able to see when I navigate directly to tables.

 

Do you know of an article, video, course that I could use to understand where and how I can make my workspace see the data that I need to see.

We've found that applying the latest update adds most all the tabs you are looking for. Before the update, we just had the Content 360 tab. Be careful when enabling the shazzam insights on the insights tab. It brought our prod instance to it's knees. I think they have a plan to get it implemented but just enabling it without a plan should be done with a great deal of caution.
