Hi All,

We are running discovery for WIN n LIN servers.

We are getting an error

"Identification sections in pattern failed: section: identification_for_docker, error: Match step predicate is not matched."

Have any of you encountered this error and have a solution for this issue?

Hi Rajesh,

Discovery uses patterns to discover the CIs, so here please check the pattern execution from discovery log and see which step is failing. You can start debug from there...

You can share the screenshot if possible.

This is because of either your credentials are not good for docker discovery on that windows or identification rules errors in you identifiers.

Please debug this pattern step by step. This is coming from Docker patter? Of any other pattern?
