Dear Community Members,
Our infrastructure team needs to move MID Server to other IP address.
I need orientation regarding of the impact, cares and steps I need to follow for this change.
The mid server that will have the IP changed has three services running: DES, UAT and PROD.
Thanks in advance for your advices.
Kind regards,
Patricia

First thing that comes to my mind is that there may be a whole lot of firewall rules configured for the current IP addresses to allow your MID's to traverse the network for discovery and to talk back to ServiceNow. Also, sometimes SNMP devices can be configured to allow only specific IP's to connect - you might find that they might need a config update.

IP change as no impact on the MIDServer configuration , it means as soon as your IP Change is complete your MID should be up and running and show new IP .
Impact
For Discovery & Orchestration - IP address is used for Port opening on Firewalls you need to see.
Any Integration where MID Server IP is used
If you can tell for what purpose you are using mid server we can help u more.

Certificate website please explain what do you mean by this?
Technically PORTs opening are needed for communication between source IP and Destination IP for accessing a given services.
