Inbound email can work for any email?

Hi All,

 

We have an requirement where we have create SR if someone is sending email for a particular email addresses exam abc@gmail.com.

 

We have 8 different emails and if user is sending to any of these 8 emails a new SR will create and every email having a different assignment group , assigned to , cat and subcat is this possible? 

 

If yess please help me to achieve this.

Hi @aaddgg454 ,

 

In the received emails, you can set the condition to the 'To' email address to make a differentiation in where it is sent to.

You can also use inbound email flow, but be aware that you properly setup all your filters, since the flows are processed first!
