Incidents are not creating from alert

Hi Team,

 

There are some alerts which are not creating the incidents.

 

I have checked the rule, the filter condition of that rule is like 

Configuration Item  -> EMS Type    is        $(Source Name)(exmple)

Configuration Item  -> Environment   is      Production

 

but when I have checked that CI in cmdb_ci above two field (environment and EMS type) is blank . I thought it is one of the reason. 

Can anyone please let me know if this is the correct reason or there are any other reason as well & can I remove this two condition from the rule.

Hi @mirza_saquib ,

 

You must check the condition and Alert Management rule which creating the incident, which help you to find the cause only.

 

Agreed if condition is not met then also incident not created as you specific mentioned about when incident will be created.
