Installed Mid Server not show in the midserver list

Hi all,
I installed new mid server, everything is ok during install process. But the mid server not showing in the ServiceNow instance list. Agent0 log show error: getRecords failed (org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: The host did not accept the connection within timeout of 10000 ms *.service-now.com)
 Any help will be appreciated.
