Hey everyone,
I've successfully set up Active Directory integration with our ServiceNow instance. Testing the connection on ServiceNow shows "Connected successfully". When I browse and filter with the Distinguished Name, it displays the objects as expected. However, I'm facing an issue accessing the ServiceNow instance login page using my domain credentials.
Every time I try to access the login page, it prompts for credentials. Upon entering my domain credentials, it returns an error stating that the username or password is invalid. Additionally, Single Sign-On (SSO) isn't working either. Ideally, we should be able to log in to the ServiceNow console via SSO using our domain credentials.
So, both SSO and manual domain credential input are failing.
Can anyone help me figure out what might be missing here?
