Integrate Azure Monitor with OAuth authentication

As I am following below document for Integrate Azure Monitor with OAuth authentication

While integrating with a different tenant ID, the integration is successful and events are being received. However, when configuring the same OAuth entity again, I encounter an error (please refer to the attached screenshot).

Is it possible to create multiple OAuth entities using the same tenant ID? We currently have only one tenant ID, which is used for production.
