Hi,
We need to develop an Azure Integration with ServiceNow for alerting purposes using Event Management.
The existing integration with Azure is limited to some platform notifications (scheduled maintenances, or outages). It doesn't support Azure metrics alerts.
We will almost surely need to develop a new script to process the Azure metrics notifications into alerts in ServiceNow.
Can you please guide whether to start extending the existing one or developing a new one for it?
