We had leveraged the Incident logic monitoring plugin and installed it in our environment which integrates incident with Logic monitoring alerts.
In one of those properties, it is mentioned to "Reopen the existing incident" if the same alert trigger with in duration of certain time.
We had set that property to reopen the incident if same alert occurs within 1 Hour. But the issue is that property not working as expected and the same incident is reopened even after exceeding the 1 hr duration.
Does anyone faced this type of issue with Logic monitoring, I would like to seek help if you had face such issues with incident reopening.
