Intergration from BigFix Service graph Connector to Servicenow to store Computer data

Hello All,

 

I am very New to ServiceNow developer. I don't have any experiance on ITOM.

In my organization, we need to implement Intergration from Service graph Connector for Lansweeper to Servicenow to store Windows data. I installed below plugin.

But I am able to see the the application in my instance. When i get into the application. Below options able to view.

Do we need to pull the data from data source and scheduled import sets? or is there any way to pull the data from GigFix to get computer data?

Could you please let me know where I miss and provide the step by step activity to store data in the Service Now from BigFix Service graph Connector.

hi @Kanna12 , 

 

i think you need to pull the data from data sources hardware inventory based on your screenshot. it will automatically create an import set, if it is able to fetch the data from BIG FIX.
