IP VoIP telephone and Configuration Item table

Hello everyone,
I have to register on CMDB "CISCO 7940" IP VOIP telephone.
I found the OID to create on ServiceNow platform: http://oidref.com/1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.439.1.1.1
but, when I create a new record below SNMP System OID, what is the table to be used to record ip voip phones.
I would like to choose "Communication Device" table, but I cannot choose it.

Discovery

The Product Model category wouldn't change what table it gets put in from Discovery. That is only the Asset Management classification to when it synchronizes to the CMDB.

"Thanks for sharing a solution to the issue. It would be too expensive to ask our provider to solve the issue because they are charging a lot for technical issues in our hardware. We really need a good specialist to work for us, but we still cannot afford it yet.
