Is there any logic that populates the 'Affected Locations' section of the Major Incident Workbench or is it purely manual entry

If you add Affected Locations to a task (change request, change task, other) will that task record automatically appear on the related list to that location record?

For example:  Change Request to close location Z.  Affected CIs and Affected Location lists updated.  Open location Z record with "Change Request->Location" related list exposed.  The Change Request record needs to appear there.
