is WIndows 2003 servers discovery still supported on Washington mid servers?

Hi all, we have new mid servers doing a first time discovery from ServiceNow. Windows 2003 servers do not seem to be discovered when running horizontal discovery. Is there a way to discover them using ServiceNow? or is it no longer supported?

Powershell v3.0 is needed for Windows server where MID server application is running. 

But it is not a requirement for target Windows server that is supposed to be discovered, at least I cannot find such requirement.
