Issue with setting up PRTG to integration in ServiceNow

Hello,

I've been trying to set up PRTG integration in my DEV environment. The Mid Server is up and up to date.

I get the following message:-

EVENTS
-------------------------------------------------------------
Credentials not found, id: e94e58b61bb9f01050e7422ad34bcbc4ERROR EXECUTING REQUEST: Method failed: (/api/table.json) with code: 401 - Invalid username/password combo
TypeError: Cannot read property "0" from null

I've followed the below guide, but it doesn't say which type of credentials to use. I've tried basic creds but this doesn't work.

It looks like it's trying to sign in with the user name 'e94e58b61bb9f01050e7422ad34bcbc4' rather than the one enter in the user name box and set up in PRTG. I've even changed the PRTG user name to the above one but, again it fails to sign in.

If the connection was successful and if you see some logs on MID server then yes. Is proper port used?

Yes, we can see logs and the updates being installed on the MID Server from what we trigger in ServiceNow.
