Hello,
I'm having some issues on task 12 on configure the CMDB (Paris):This is what I currently have in the CI Class Manager > Data Refresh Rules

I do not see any error message ?
As per screenshot i see Source is Service Now which you configured in Service Now Data Refresh Rule.
But in your post i see this Source as LANDESK so Please change in your Data Refresh Rule also.

Hi,
You are in the wrong application scope. It looks like your trying to update something in "Global", and you need to switch to "CMDB Agent Workspace.
