Hi Experts,
I want to implement Event Management in an instance, only using Event Management functionality. But I realize that in subscription management module appears a Product description called 'ITOM AIOps Professional'
The scenario is:
I want to make sure to don't use something about ITOM AIOps, because in my company we only have ITOM Operator Professional subscription/licensing and we dont have ITOM AIOps Enterprise
This is how appears in the Dev instance, but my company doesn't have ITOM AIOps Enterprise.
My question is, this scenario appears in de Development instance and I don't want to have problems when I pass the development into Production instance regarding subscription/licensing .
Why I am getting this Product subscription if my company doesnt hace this subscription/licensing ?

Contact your account manager, because if you don't have the license, you shouldn't be seeing it. If it does show up there, you have installed something that needs that license.

Steve - does that mean that ITOM pro license (now renames as ITOM AIops pro) has AIOPS included? I am also getting in touch with account rep.

This is a name change only, no change to what is included in the subscription. But what has always been included does fall within the domain of AIOps (noise reduction, alert correlation, metric anomaly detection, etc).
