Hi All,
How can I check how many discovery methods are being used for a particular CI class. For instance, I see a windows server CI is created by SG-SCCM and the same CI also gets updated via ServiceNow discovery and vice-versa.
There is nothing mentioned in Reconciliation rules. Also, CMDB 360 is not available in any of the related items tab ( I believe this form needs to be re-configured).

Hi @Alok Kr Gupta ,
The multisource data (360 data) is stored in the cmdb_multisource_data table. There you should be able to find the classes and the sources that updates the CIs using IRE.
Regards,
Niklas

CMDB 360 is part of CMDB workspace, do you have CMDB workspace? do you have particular level of access.
CMDB 360 view in CMDB Workspace (servicenow.com)

Go to cmdb workspace. You will see cmdb 360. If it gives you error that means it is either a plugin related issue or property related issue.
On ci you need to add cmdb 360 related list.
