HI,
We are installing ITOM Health and we would like to know which roles we would require as ITOM admins.
Of course we need the ITOM_admin role, what other roles would you recommend?
I will list a few tasks bellow which we would like to be able to accomplish:
1) Be able to integrate monitoring tools into ITOM health by installing connectors from the ServiceNow store
2) Create local accounts inside SNOW
3) configure, troubleshoot, modify MID server
4) Be able to visualize all available fields
5) Be able to install modules such as Event Generator
6) Be able to create an OAuth account with secret
7) Able to use the REST API Explorer
😎 Able to open changes and auto-approve them
9) Be able to put CI into maintenance mode
10) Create reports with Performance Analytics
11) Be able to read the CMDB
Thanks
