ITOM Licensing Usage Dashboard

Hi all!

Do any of you know what is the purpose for the following tables? I was not able to find any documentation.

• Historical Licensable CI [sn_itom_licensing_itom_lu_historical_cis]
• UsageAnalytics Counts for Tables [usageanalytics_count]

If you could provide any insight, I will be grateful.

I believe these are used for ServiceNow to check on license usage (to see the history of licensed ci's and the table usage count). It will provide you insight in how you are doing, license wise and give you a chance to see upfront if you need to change things, or pay more.
