Kemp Load Balancer discovery

Hi all,

 

anyone come across discovering Load balancers for Kemp? We have been able to modify identification rules for load balancers class and the load balancer CI is now being created, but none of the related list records are being populated.

ServiceNow have advised a custom pattern will need to be created, has anyone created a pattern for Kemp load balancer or for any load balancer for that matter.

Hi @Khalnayak ,

 

OOB Pattern not available for Kemp Load Balancer Discovery, In that you need to create the custom Pattern.

 

You can take a reference of any other load balancer pattern to start with that and based on that you can proceed further.
