Hello,
My organization is assessing which will be best for IT Asset Management (Lansweeper or ServiceNow ). We currently are using ITOM Visibility (Discovery) to populate our CMDB. Does anyone have experience with Lansweeper? If yes, what are the pros and cons of each product? What features does Lansweeper offer that ServiceNow does not? If we used Lansweeper, we would still want to pull the CI data into the CMDB using API. Any feedback that you can provide would be appreciated.

Syncfish have an Enterprise Edition - CI Synchronizer - for syncing Lansweeper, InTune, Azure, and other source systems into the ServiceNow CMDB. Does not use ServiceGraph and does not require ITOM licensing.

@cynlink1 I'm probably a bit late to the discussion but I'm curious what you decided to do?
Full disclosure i work for Lansweeper, hense I'm all the more interested 🙂
From a lansweeper perspective we feel that we are the best scanning product available (with/without credential, with/without agents). As such we try to compliment products such as ServiceNow.
This is borne out by the fact that many customers demanded a service graph connector (which means they were already paying for ITOM).
As such we have a Service Graph connector in the store that pulls in the Lansweeper asset types and maps and imports them to the ServiceNow classes.
Hope this info is helpful....and again I'm really curious what direction you went.
