Are you scanning the appropriate range of IP addresses when the laptops are powered on? Are they on your network or some other network? ServiceNow discovery is a agent less collector so it needs to be able to "see" the laptops when it scans. And the scan needs to include the IP addresses of the laptops or the range of IP addresses for the laptops.

HI Jeff,
Yes, i am scanning appropriate range of IP address when the laptops are powered on. They are on our netwok but now all the people are working from home, so it will not be same.
we don't specify different IP Addresses for laptops, so i am giving range of IP address.

Hello,
It should be populated check the IP ranges you have given if still, it is not discovering then try to discover it using quick discovery give its IP it will obviously be discovered before doing this make sure laptop is charged a minimum 20% and it is unlocked, hope this will help you.
