MID server continually doing credentials_reload but not processing. All are in ready state, every few seconds.

MID server appears to be stuck in a loop.  It keeps issuing a credentials reload command but it never gets processed so it does it again and again, every few seconds.  The ECC Queue has them all in the ready state, never processing.

Any ideas?

Hi,

try the suggested workaround here:

Already been down that path.  I even stopped the service, set all ECC Queue entries to Processed for the specific MID server and then restarted it.  It started down the same path.  I don't know about other KB0623708 link as I am on London and this was supposedly wrapped into Kingston and above to fix it.

Credential reload happens each time the credentials table gets edited.

First thing, check to see if somebody is relentlessly poking at credentials.

Once that's stabilized, if the mid still isn't keeping up, we can figure out what's going on on that end.

Same problem here. Last credential was updated 7 days ago but we still see credentials_reload every second for all the MID servers. Even LDAP has stopped syncing.

Anyone find a solution to this?
