We need to change the frequency of Checks and Policies as well as Osquery Frequency interval.
Now it solved!!

Did you check in the processes which is contributing to more utilization? some times it could also be due to antivirus blocking it.

Then i dont think it would be due to ACC agent. you will need to check which process is consuming more and work with the Desktop team to see whats happening. Maybe a reboot might also resolve it if there are no other clues but this would definitely involve approvals if its a business user

I also told same thing to client ,but he saying when the acc service enabled heat percentage 80-90 , if it off 60-70
