We need to change the frequency of Checks and Policies as well as Osquery Frequency interval.
Now it solved!!

according to me you need to observe it for 2-3 systems and if its still same then better to involve ServiceNow support if its ACC agent which is causing the issue or something on system level which is causing this behavior.
