Hi All,
We use alm_entitlement to track our purchased softwares and add user/device under allocation tab.
For assets which we add as CIs (allocated to) we don't find any information about the entitlement when we go and check the cmdb record of that asset CI. Can anyone suggest where can we see the relationship of CI and software entitlements added to that CI
We are currently not using the SAM pro workspace, but use the other default lists of service now like cmdb_software_product_model and alm_entitlement list.

Hi @BinitJ,
Is there a reason why you don't use alm_license? You will have the device/user allocation as a related list on the entitlement record.
Adobe Systems Photoshop CC 2017 as an example:
Hope this helps!

Hi,
I am sorry it is the same alm_license I was referring to here, under the user allocations we also have an option to add asset CI ( field name allocated to), screenshot attached. My question is can we see the entitlement record through CI within cmdb in this case cmdb_ci_pc_hardware list
hope it make sense !

The license you selected is allocated per user, not per device. There is no link to the CI.
For device allocations, you will see the software on the CI:
