License - CMDB Discovery

Hello All,
We are currently building our CMDB. Have used ServiceNow discovery to discover our IT Infrastructure. Found close to 300,000 CIs(which is a lot). Is there a mechanism we can use to control what kind/eligible CIs to be discovered into CMDB?
I have tried to disable the probes like running processes, tracked configuration files for some of the discovered servers. It worked but will this have any impact in terms of service mapping and CSDM model?
Also from license perspective,  what are the devices(CIs) discovered will be counted? Will anything and everything that is included in the table cmdb_ci.LIST will be considered/counted for License?
Need some solution on this.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Kalavathy Kotha In the ITOM licensing application you can find ITOM licensing dashboard where you can see the details which were discovered. If you want more information related to subscription units open Subscription overview dashboard under related list you can find the ratios.

For example :- windows_server 1:10

I SU is utilised to discoverd 10 servers
