Hello Community,
Identification rule for Linux Server was changed from Hardware rule to Computer Rule.
How can I revert this back to Hardware rule.

Hi @venkataramac,
- You can start comparing the behavior with another relevant instance (DEV/TEST/ PROD) and revert the changes accordingly.
To revert the OOB identification rules please follow below steps.
- Navigate to: Configuration > Identification/Reconciliation > CI Identifiers
- Search for cmdb_ci_computer in the Applies to field.
- If the OOB identifier exists, you can revert to OOB using the “Revert to Out-of-Box” option.
If you can't identify the OOB identifier, you can start creating it manually to compare with the relevant instances.

Hi @Mannapuram ,
Both the rules should be available as per my Prod instance. I should not delete the Computer rule
