Hello team
A customer is trying to create new service of type "Web Application" and asking us the impact of (not/correctly/wrongly) filling the field "Host Name"... on the service mapping?
I is just a label, or will it have an impact.
Seems he hopes that typing a hostname will solve his map issue
as the hostnames he tries are behind their F5 device with not all permissions (no SSH creds) set for disco/SM and he was thinking it is a workaround....
This field is just for labelling??? Or is helping things?
Note: the customer is a bit frustrated, reported he trying an outside url (like amazon.com) with an internal hostname... and surprised the that discovery stops...
What's you XP with usage of this field or not?
