Service Shows Red on the Service Dashboard (No open alerts)

We have a service that shows red on the Service Dashboard in workspace. At one time there were a couple of open alerts that made it turn red. The alerts cleared but the service still shows red. There are currently no open alerts in the alerts table. 

 

I'm not sure where this is coming from. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

I just tested and It worked Fine.

Try Login a new session with Clear History and Cache and see how it goes.?

I did try clearing browser cache and it did not resolve the issue. At some point it did go back to green but we don't know why. I'm not sure where the flag is that controls the state of the widgets on this dashboard.
