Meraki-SG compatible with Xanadu?

Hello - trying to install Service Graph Connector For Meraki from SN store which shows compatibility with Washington, Vancouver (nothing about Xanadu).   Meanwhile, customer instance is Xanadu... and via plugins this connector won't show up.  Perhaps because of incompatibility.. (guessing).

Anyone install this SG from scratch on Xanadu?  (i.e. having never installed it before on an earlier version)?

Since the store app says it compatible with Vancouver & Washington DC, so I doubt it will show up on instance which is upgraded to Xanadu. Even if it was preinstalled and instance is upgraded to Xanadu, it may work, or something might go wrong, it will show up in list saying incompatible.

Other option you can check to see if you can get entitlement to your instance and select instance where you need it since its free plugin you can give a shot.

If still not working, you can try to connect with support person of Meraki also raise this concern with your ServiceNow Account manager might be they have solution for this.

Hello, thanks for response.  I'm unsure about your statement: "get entitlement to your instance" ?  Can you expand on this point?  And thanks for your reply about raising issue with Meraki.

It means if you go to store and click on install/purchase there will be option for entitlement to which instance as some customers have multiple instance and there you can select the instance name.

We have raised a case with meraki they were confirmed that it should be released in couple of months.
