Hello
I see this message for a MID server
Reported MID Server version 'washington-__patch4b-08-2021_1058' differs from instance version 'washington-patch10b-10-220_1502' though they are compatible. Upgrade is recommended. More Info
The hyper links takes me no where.
Couldnt find any community post or knowledge article with that error message (found similar not exact one).
Tried clicking on 'Upgrade MID' ui action, happened. Same message is showing up.
Any idea for this fix?

@Suggy Here is a support article from ServiceNow https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0958502
Here is how you can update the MID server https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-servicenow-platform/page/product/mid-server/concept/c_...
Hope this helps.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput I had already seen that article. It talks about a scenario where its says
"its NOT compatible" and "Upgrade is required."
but in my scenario, it says It is compatible and upgrade recommended.
Both are different 🙂

The only difference between those messages is that you get 'not compatible' if you are on a different family version. Otherwise you are just on a different patch version. The solution is the same.
