Hello All,
While installing the MID Server, I'm getting an error: "Windows OS should be more than 2012."
But my machine is already running Windows Server 2016.
Please check the image and help me.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
Thanks for your input. It’s been really helpful.
Additionally, I found that while installing a MID Server, the following steps are crucial:
First, create and configure a local user.
Then, set the 'Log On As' user for the MID Server service to this local account.
After starting the MID Server, check Windows Services to ensure the service is running.
Make sure all these steps are done on the host machine—that is, the Windows Server you're remotely connected to from the cloud.
In cloud environments like Azure or AWS, the key is to select a proper server image (Windows version above 2012). If done right, the MID Server should install and run without issues.
Regards,
Mahesh

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
Thanks, it was helpful. I also found that for MID Server setup, we must first create a local user, set it for "Log On As" in services, and make sure the service starts on the host machine. Also, using a Windows version above 2012 in Azure or AWS works fine.
Regards,
Mahesh
