Mid Server Record is not getting created when click I Pattern Sync to Mid.

I have properly configured the XML file of Mid Server and it is also showing in Servers that ServiceNow Mid Server is Running. But when I click on pattern sync to Mid in Mid Server Module the record is not getting created automatically.

Hi @PrateekM ,

 

Which record you are asking here , Mid Server Pattern sync will be only to sync the pattern modification /customization with Mid Server, Hence you need to trigger the Discovery again for that Time.

 

Some time Pattern Sync to Mid Server is not working so you can take a restart of Mid or test the pattern for that.

Please check the configuration file to ensure the URL is correct. Additionally, verify that the agent log shows a status code of 200 (Log 0). If necessary, try restarting the service.
