There are few Wireless access Protocol CI's where Model and Manufacturer were updated on 12-Dec-2022 but on most recent discovery attributes date is 24-12-2022. Anyone faced such issue?.
Hi, I recommend to check the import set table mapping of Wireless protocol CI's. The most recent discovery field mapped with which field in the import set table? Is it populating from the discovered CI other field value. Can you check that? You will get the clue.
Hi, Can you explain how ci created / updated in the table ie., via Discovery / SCCM / Integration ? If any one of the option you should check the import set table part of this and check the most recent discovery field mapping
I cannot see import set tables weh a CI is being discovered by servicenow , can u pls suggest whenever we discover CI were we can see import set tables for such records
