Multiple Ticket viewing at once

Does anyone know of a way to view multiple tickets (each in its own tab).  For instance, as it is now if I click on ticket number 1234 it takes me to a view of that ticket, but if I want to also view ticket 1235 and just bounce back and forth from separate tabs to make it quicker, is that possible.  Don't really want to open separate windows to accomplish this.

Thanks

On most browsers, you can right-click on current tab and select Duplicate tab. That’ll open a new tab with the current web page. From there, you can go to the second ticket.

This sounds like almost exactly the use case for the Agent Workspace functionality that was introduced (I believe) in the London release. Below is a link to the Madrid docs article on the Agent Workspace functionality.

Hope this helps!

You can also Ctrl-Click (Cmd-Click on Mac?) each item in a table to open it in a new tab. Be sure to click the textual link (not the circle-i). The ticket will open in a new tab, but it will ONLY be the ticket, not the surrounding ServiceNow elements (navigation, filter, etc.).
