Hello,
I am currently using ServiceNow and have successfully set up dashboards for Event and Incident Management. However, I am looking for out-of-the-box (OOB) dashboards or plugins for the following:
- Service Health Overview
- Performance Metrics
- Resource Utilization
Could someone guide me on how to set these up or recommend any plugins available for these dashboards? Any help would be greatly appreciated
