Network configuration for ACC implementation

ACC has been installed on a Windows server. The MID Web Server is configured to use port 8800.

Please provide the inbound and outbound settings to ensure communication between the ACC host and the MID server.

ACC host

  • 8800/TCP outbound

MID server

  • 8800/TCP inbound
  • 8800/TCP outbound
  • 443/TCP outbound (to the ServiceNow instance)
