New and Testing out Discovery

Hello and Good Afternoon.

Hope everyone is well!

Very new in Servicenow and trying to test out Discovery.. I have a PDI and have install a Mid server in our environment. Connectivity from the Mid server to the PDI is/was successful as I can see the MID server instance within the PDI where status is status is "up" and "validated". As such, wanted to test a quick discovery using the IP of the MID server.. however, am stuck as it errors out right away on (Shazzam) launch with the following error: Script error while attempting to launch Shazzam undefined.  Searched but can't get a solution to the issue.  Not sure if I have missed an configuration and/or if this will actually work if/when the MID is an on-prem  server connecting to a PDI (assuming it should work as the PDI can see the MID Server).

Thank you very much in advance.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

ken

Hi,
Thank you for your time and answer. Resolved

Hello.

I believe I instaled the "Discovery and Service Mapping Patterns" application.

Hi @kydomingo

Install Product (com.snc.discovery) instead of Plugin you will get Cloud Governance  and Provisioning and ITOM Licensing plugins by defalut.
