Newly added fields are not showing in operating system drop down.

Newly added fields are not showing in operating system drop down even after fields are added successfully and active.

New fields are added in computer table.

I have added new choices in the sys_choice table for the operating system, choices are added successfully I can see them in choice table.

But in the form view it is not showing in the Operating system drop down list.

It sounds like something is not filled out correctly in these newly created choices. Can you provide a screen shot on one of them?
