Hi,
I am trying to config service mapping for application, but I am getting below error related to windows credentials:
"Service Mapping triggered the horizontal discovery to find the host 10.*****., because this host was not in the CMDB. The horizontal discovery failed. Port 5985 is open, but the host is unreachable with status code 404: Not Found
Check connectivity from the MID server to the host. Adding target to blacklist. No valid credential found for type [Windows] Request not sent".
Could you please help which windows credential I have added

Dear @admin60 ,
I cant help to learn Discovery on ServiceNow Community as its not easy, You need to know basics of ServiceNow Discovery.
Which credentials is passed one server, might be that user created on that and credentials are saved in ServiceNow.
1. to Added credentials, you needs to go to Credentials table under the you to credentials are credentials whatever you want t discover.
2. Also you need to schedule the discovery for required IP.
Refer the below docs, which may help you

Yes right, that credentials must be created on Windows Server to access the windows server and the you need to use the same credentials in Window Server.
