Not getting serial number populated for SNMP devices whereas serial number is getting added cmdb_serial_number

I am getting this error while discovering network devices via SNMP using patterns. 

I am discovery devices but Serial Number is not getting populated of CI forms whereas both physical and chassis serial number is getting captured under cmdb_serial_number  (also getting added under related list >serial number). This is for almost all SNMP devices i am discovering. 

I have MIB file uploaded. 

How we can get this corrected ?
