For a report in ServiceNow you need to know what your end goal is, are you looking for Total amounts of Free Disk Space or are you just wanting to know when someone runs low?
An example report would be as follows:
Table: cmdb_ci_filesystem
Conditions: Media Type is Fixed
Capacity (MB) is greater than 64000
Available Space (MB) is less than 10000
This would of course show you File Systems that are not removable where the partition is larger than 64 GB and the Free Space is lower than 10 GB.

Obtaining usage of the hard drive on a computer or laptop is a very hard thing to do. I worked as a computer technician for around seven years and I remember that everyone was having trouble doing this. The truth is, obtaining usage of the hard drive is not really possible. You will be able to do it but it is very risky for your computer. Overloading your hard drive is going to cause very big problems for your hard drive and you will then need to salvage data and transfer it to another hard disk. I tried it before and it really is not worth it.
