OCI Discovery is getting stuck.

Hi,

I configured and created the OCI Discovery Schedule. After the first run, everything seemed good, and the data was pulled successfully. However, I noticed that the Discovery Status was stuck at Active state. After debugging, I saw that the ECC queue for the pattern also stuck in the ready state.

I observed this from the System Diagnostics page, where the Scheduler queue length and nodes were highlighted in red. I also checked the Active Transaction and found some OCI ASYNC: Discovery - Sensors Pattern processes, like ASYNC: Discovery - Sensors Pattern Launcher: Oracle OCI - Active Datacenters (LP), were running. I tried to kill them, but it wasn't success, the transaction is still running.

Is there any other way that we can delete them ?

Did you tried the related link to cancel the discovery? Sometime when I am not able to kill active transactions, I try to ask someone else to do it or try in incognito.

Thanks for your suggestion, but it didn't work. I'm waiting for a response from HI support for this issue

If you are using mid for this. Try restating the mid server.
